AI changed the work. Nobody changed the contracts.

62% of legal professionals say AI will separate winners from losers within five years. But there are zero standard contracts for human-AI partnerships. No revenue split templates. No IP frameworks. No exit clauses. Until now.

⚠️

No IP clarity

Who owns what when AI contributes to the output? Courts are still deciding. Your contract shouldn't wait.

💸

No revenue framework

AI tools cost money and produce value. How do you split revenue when your co-creator is an API?

🔒

No exit plan

APIs get deprecated. Pricing triples overnight. What happens to your business when the AI changes?

AI music has a contract problem

12M+ creators use tools like Suno and Udio. Millions distribute through DistroKid. But the U.S. Copyright Office says purely AI-generated music can't be copyrighted. And most creators don't realize their free-tier AI plan doesn't grant commercial distribution rights.

NEW — Built for your workflow

Stack AI tools. Deliver complete packages. Stay protected.

You use Runway for animation, Suno for music, ElevenLabs for voice. You deliver the final cut to your client. But who owns what? What happens if a free-tier tool voids your commercial rights? What if your client is a crypto project and the FTC comes knocking?

HYBRID IP MODEL

Your human work = work-for-hire. AI output = contractual assignment.

The legally correct approach because purely AI-generated elements can't be copyrighted under current law.

MULTI-TOOL STACK

Per-tool tier verification

One free-tier tool can void commercial rights for the entire deliverable.

Frequently asked questions

Are these real legal contracts?

Yes. These are professionally structured contract templates with clause libraries and annotation guides. Each template is built from real-world AI partnership patterns and reviewed against current IP, contract, and AI disclosure law. We recommend having a lawyer review the final document for your specific jurisdiction before signing.

What's the Formulation Wizard?

Our Formulation Wizard walks you through every clause in plain English — no legal jargon required. Select your preferred IP model, revenue structure, dispute resolution, and more through a guided step-by-step process. The wizard assembles a complete, attorney-ready contract based on your selections. No AI generates the contract text — every clause is human-written.

What format do I get?

The wizard generates a professionally formatted .docx file — Times New Roman, 1-inch margins, numbered articles, signature blocks, headers, and page numbers. It's the same format top firms use. You can open it in Word, Google Docs, or drop it directly into DocuSign or HelloSign for e-signatures.

Does AI write the contracts?

No. Every clause, variant, and annotation was written by humans. AI is not used to generate contract language. Our Formulation Wizard is a structured form — it assembles pre-written clauses based on your selections. We believe legal language should be authored by people, not predicted by models. Read our full AI Disclosure for details.

Can I edit the templates?

Absolutely. The .docx output is fully editable. Customize any clause, add your own language, or hand it to your attorney to refine. The document is yours.

Do I get updates?

Bundle purchasers get free lifetime updates as AI regulations evolve (EU AI Act, state-level laws, FTC guidance, etc). Individual template purchases include 12 months of updates.

Who is this for?

Creators, freelancers, startup founders, agencies, law firms, AI music producers, and anyone building a business where AI is a core part of the workflow — not just a tool. Our newest template is designed specifically for AI-assisted music creators distributing through DistroKid, LANDR, and other platforms. Attorneys also use our templates as starting points for client engagements.

What if I need something custom?

These templates cover 90% of common AI partnership scenarios. For bespoke contracts, browse our attorney network to find a lawyer who can review and customize any template for your specific situation.

Can I get a lawyer to review my contract?

Yes! Browse our network of licensed attorneys specializing in AI, IP, and technology law. Buy a template, generate your contract through the wizard, then hire an attorney to customize it. Attorneys set their own rates.

What does the Verified badge mean?

Attorneys with a ✓ Verified badge have had their bar membership and legal credentials confirmed by our team. Verified attorneys appear first in directory search results. The ⏳ Pending badge means an attorney has registered but hasn't completed the verification process yet. Both verified and pending attorneys are licensed practitioners — verification is an additional layer of credential confirmation.

How do attorneys get verified?

After registering and completing Stripe onboarding, attorneys can request verification from their dashboard for a one-time $99 fee. We confirm their bar number with the relevant state bar association and review their credentials. Once verified, a permanent green badge appears on their profile and directory listing.

Can I use AI-generated music commercially?

It depends on your AI tool's subscription tier. Free plans on platforms like Suno and Udio typically do NOT grant commercial distribution rights. Paid plans (Pro/Premier) generally do — but you still can't copyright purely AI-generated audio under current US law. Our AI Music Creator Partnership Agreement covers all of this: platform compliance warranties, copyright registration strategy, distributor requirements, and revenue splits between human and AI-assisted contributors.

The AI economy needs new contracts.

Don't build an AI-powered business on a handshake.
